The New Release and White Wine of the Month is the Sauvignon Blanc 2025. We are excited to welcome back this delicious white wine just in time for Spring! This is 100% Sauvignon Blanc with grapes from the Casablanca Valley of Chile. This vintage has aromas of lime, lemon, grapefruit and herbs with a crisp palate of minerals, citrus fruit and white peach. Pair this wine with oysters, seafood or an aperitif.
The Red Wine of the Month is the Malbec 2022. This vintage is 100% Malbec with grapes from the Kamiak Vineyards of Columbia Valley, Washington. The full-bodied red has aromas of plum, raisins, blackberry, vanilla and herbs with a palate of dried plum, sage, dark chocolate and caramel. Enjoy this wine with grilled meats, herb-infused dishes or spicy empanadas.
